Our world-class infrastructure utilises both passive and active sustainable design features, including:

- passive cooling technology
- reduced heat-transfer rates
- high efficiency lighting
- control logic to minimise plant energy input
- water efficient features and fittings.
Our mechanical and electrical plant was designed and integrated for its efficiency. There are no batteries within the IT infrastructure on the floor.
